Refund Policy

I want you to be happy with what you buy. This policy explains when you can get a refund from Meridian. It sits alongside, and never takes away from, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Your consumer guarantees

Under the Australian Consumer Law, my products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. If a product is faulty, not as described, or does not do what I said it would, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.

For a major problem, you can choose a refund or a replacement. For a minor problem that can be fixed, I may choose to repair or re-supply first. If I cannot fix it within a reasonable time, you can then ask for a refund or replacement.

Digital downloads and change of mind

My study resources are digital files delivered instantly, so once you have downloaded a file I generally cannot offer a refund simply for a change of mind. Please choose carefully, and check the free sample first if one is available. This does not affect your consumer guarantees above.

If something is wrong

If your file will not open, you were sent the wrong item, or a resource is not as described, contact me within [14 days] at [your contact email] with your order number and I will put it right, with a fix, a replacement, or a refund.

Essay marking

Because essay marking is personal work done for you, refunds work a little differently:

  • If you cancel before I have started marking your essay, you can have a full refund.
  • Once I have started or delivered your feedback, the fee is generally non-refundable, but if you feel something went wrong, get in touch and I will do my best to make it right.
